Do I actually own my community? +
You own everything that matters: your audience and member data, your brand, your revenue and your content. TennisCreators runs and maintains the platform (like Shopify runs a store), so you never touch a server, but unlike YouTube or a Facebook group, no algorithm can throttle your reach or take your members away.
Can members pay me directly? +
Yes. Payments run through your own Stripe account, so you’re paid directly and the billing relationship with your members is yours, not held at a platform’s discretion.
Will it work with my existing audience? +
Yes, that’s exactly who it’s for. We convert an audience you’ve already built on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or an email list into members. We don’t build an audience from zero.
What’s included in the platform? +
A members-only community feed, free and paid membership tiers, courses and a video LMS, gamification, events and coach booking, notifications and email, all in a branded app your members install on their phone from the browser today (native store apps are planned), run from one creator admin console.
How long does it take to launch? +
It depends on scope. We start with a strategy and blueprint, then build. A focused community can launch in a matter of weeks; the full ecosystem (courses, ecommerce, email, events) takes longer. The flagship Tennis Mentor build is the reference.
What does it cost? +
The community platform is £99/month, email marketing is £49/month, and Player Development is £39/month as an add-on to the platform — or £49/month standalone for coaches who just want it with their players. One-off builds start from £495 for design & branding, £750 for a website and £1,250 for ecommerce. Everything is on the pricing page; your exact quote comes after a short scoping call.
